Some Lemon Juice






How to Make Raw Celery Salad?

Peel two celeries well.

Grate the celeries in a deep bowl.

Add two cups water into this bowl.

Add some lemon juice to the water.

Keep the grated celeries in this water with lemon juice to protect the color of the celeries.

Otherwise the color of the celeries can be darken.

Put the strained yogurt in another bowl.

Add some water to the strained yogurt and mix.

Add some walnuts.

Add one teaspoon of salt.

Add the grated celeries into the yogurt mixture.

Add two dessert spoons of olive oil.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Put the celery salad on a salad bowl by the help of a spoon.
