Tips of the Celery Root Recipe

3 Chopped Celeries

1 Chopped Onion

2 Chopped Potatoes

2 Chopped Carrots

1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste

Half Cup (100 ml) Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon Salt

Some Lemon Juice

3 Cups (600 ml) Boiling Water

For Garnishing

Chopped Parsley

How to Cook Celery Root ?

Pour half a glass (100 ml) of olive oil into a saucepan.

Add 2 chopped carrots to the olive oil that you poured.

Mix the carrots and saute them in olive oil.

Add 1 chopped onion.

Continue sauteing by mixing all the ingredients well.

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and mix with other ingredients.

Add 3 chopped celeries along with the chopped celery leaves.

Add 2 diced potatoes.

Mix the ingredients well.

Add 3 cups (600 ml) of boiling water.

Then close the lid of the pot and cook the food on low heat for about 40 minutes.

Add black pepper and salt to the dish during cooking.

Add juice of half a lemon to the dish which is being cooked according to your taste.

Continue cooking the dish until all the vegetables in the dish are tender.

You can garnish the cooked dish with chopped parsley leaves.

Serve hot.
