After roasting, add half a kilo of chopped armenian cucumber, one chopped capia pepper, and two chopped tomatoes to the pot. In the meantime, add enough salt according to your taste. Roast all the ingredients together for a while. When the tomatoes have wilted, add about three cups of boiling water, a teaspoon of black pepper and a tablespoon of rice. 1 Tablespoon of Rock Salt

1 Tablespoon of Granulated Sugar

1 Teaspoon of Lemon Salt

100 ml Grape Vinegar

Water






How to Make Easy Armenian Cucumber Pickles?

Wash armenian cucumbers well.

Slice the armenian cucumbers.

Do not forget to cut their sides.

Cut the sides of the four cloves of garlic.

Place the sliced armenian cucumbers into the glass jar.

Put the garlics between the armenian cucumbers.

Add one tablespoon of rock salt into the jar.

Add one teaspoon of lemon salt.

Add one tablespoon of granulated sugar into the jar.

Pour one hundred mililiter of grape vinegar into the jar.

Wait the jar lid in the boiling water which is in the deep pot.

Pour water until it covers the armenian cucumbers.

Remove the extra air by the help of a knife.

Close the jar lid.

Your pickles will be ready after waiting one month in a cool place without having day light.
