Add the damson plums to the pot and close the lid of the pot. After about ten minutes, the damson plums will give their color to the water. Mix the juice of the damson plums with the help of a spoon several times. Then strain the plums at least twice with the help of a strainer to obtain a smooth consistency. After straining the juice of the plums, bottle them and put them in the refrigerator to cool. After the plum juice has cooled, you can pour it into serving glasses and serve.
