1 Tablespoon of Rock Salt

1 Teaspoon of Granulated Sugar

1 Teaspoon of Lemon Salt

100 ml Vinegar

Boiling Water




How to Make Green Tomato Pickles?

Wash the fresh green tomatoes well with plenty of water.

Chop the green tomatoes into four pieces.

Put the chopped green tomatoes into a glass jar.

Put some fresh garlics between chopped green tomatoes.

Add one tablespoon of rock salt.

Add one teaspoon of lemon salt.

Add one teaspoon of granulated sugar.

Add one hundred mililiters of vinegar.

Add enough boiling water until the glass jar is completely full.

Close the lid of the glass jar.

Green tomato pickles will be ready after waiting in a dark and cool place for two or three weeks.
