Red Cabbage Pickles Ingredients
1 Red Cabbage
100 ml Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Rock Salt
50 ml Lemon Juice
Some Water
How to Make Jarred Red Cabbage?
Firstly wash the red cabbage well.
Chop the red cabbage into four pieces.
Finely chop the red cabbage pieces.
Put the chopped red cabbage into a big bowl.
Add one tablespoon of rock salt into the bowl.
Add two hundred mililiters of vinegar.
Add fifty mililiters of lemon juice.
Knead the red cabbage until it releases its juice.
Fill the glass jars with red cabbage.
Pour the red cabbage juice into the filled glass jars.
Pour enough water to fill the jar completely.
Close the lid of the glass jars.
Red cabbage pickles will be ready after waiting in a refrigerator for fifteen days.
