Tips For Making Cauliflower Patties

Before cooking cauliflower, you should definitely buy fresh cauliflower. You can distinguish fresh cauliflower from stale cauliflower by the spots on it. If there are spots on the cauliflower, it indicates that it has been waiting. Fresh cauliflower has a very white color.

Cleanliness is very important. After separating the cauliflower branches without damaging the branches, wash them well under water.

If you boil the cauliflower in boiling water too much, it will disintegrate when you put it in the hot oil. For these reasons, be careful not to boil it too much.

You should wait for the boiled cauliflower to cool. However, after cooling, you should dip the meatballs in sauce and cook them in oil.

You can adjust the spices, hotness and salt ratio according to your desire.

If the cauliflower branches break when you throw them into the hot oil, you can pour the meatball mixture that you have prepared on the broken branch and make it stand in one piece.

You can serve your fried cauliflower with sliced lemon and garlic yogurt or plain yogurt.

If you put your leftover cauliflower in the refrigerator, you can consume it the next day.

1 Small Cauliflower
2 Eggs
1 Dessertspoon Salt
1 Dessertspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Dessertspoon Ground Red Pepper
2 Cups White Wheat Flour
1 Cup Water (200 ml)
1 Cup Olive Oil (200 ml)







How to Make Cauliflower Patties Recipe ?

Separate the cauliflower into branches.

Clean the cauliflower, which has been divided into branches, by washing it well in water.

Put the cauliflower branches in boiling water and boil for about 20 minutes.

When the cauliflower is soft, drain the water and put it in a separate bowl to cool.

Prepare the sauce in which you will dip the cauliflower branches in another bowl.

First, beat the eggs in a seperate bowl.

Then add flour and mix well.

Add spices and salt and continue mixing.

Add enough water slowly and check the consistency. Meatball sauce should not be too watery.

Cauliflower branches are dipped in the prepared sauce one by one.

Then the sauced cauliflower branches are cooked one by one in hot olive oil.

It gives a flat appearance by pressing on the cauliflower during cooking.

You can get rid of excess oil by putting the cooked cauliflower patties on a paper towel.

You can serve your cauliflower hot with garlic yogurt.
