Take the eggplants that you saved from excess oil in a deep pot. Add the moussaka mixture that you prepared before on the eggplants. Then add about a glass of water. 6 Cloves of Garlic

2 Tomatoes

2 Green Peppers

1 Dessert Spoon of Red Pepper Flakes

Half Tablespoon of Tomato Paste

2 Teaspoons of Salt

50 ml Olive Oil

1 Cup (200 ml) Boiling Water







How to Cook Aubergine?

Add two teaspoon of salt into the water which is in a deep bowl.

Peel four eggplants in a mottled way.

Chop the fresh eggplants as cubes.

Put chopped fresh eggplants into salty water so that they do not darken and bitterness comes out.

Put the chopped fresh eggplants into a deep pot.

Add some chopped onions.

Add some chopped garlics.

Add some chopped green peppers.

Add some chopped tomatoes.

Again add the same vegetables as second floor.

Add one dessert spoon of red pepper flakes.

Add two teaspoon of salt.

Pour fifty mililiters of olive oil.

Add half tablespoon of tomato paste.

Add one cup (two hundred mililiters) boiling water.

Cook the aubergine dish about thirty minutes.

When the eggplants are soft, your eggplant dish is ready.
