When our ingredients come to the consistency of a paste, we take the mucver mixture with the help of a tablespoon, pour it into the pan with hot oil, and fry it well until the mucver turns golden brown. When the frying process is finished, we put it on our towel papers in order to get rid of the excess oil of our mucver. We serve our mucver with plain yoghurt or yogurt with garlic. Best Way To Cook Zucchini

Firstly wash the zucchinis well.

And peel all the zucchinis.

Slice the peeled zucchinis.

Take the sliced zucchinis into a deep pot.

Add some onions and garlics into the pot.

Add one cup of tomato sauce into the pot.

Add some chopped fresh mint.

Add some olive oil.

Add one teaspoon of salt.

And lastly add half cup of water.

Close the lid of the pot and start cooking the zucchini dish.

Cook the zucchini dish about thirty minutes.

When zucchinis get soft, your dish is ready.

Serve your zucchini meal with yogurt or tzatziki.
